  • Mobile Massage

    ​Pricing : 60 min ($150) or 90 min ($180)

    Prenatal massage can ease discomfort by bringing relaxation to stressed and fatigued muscles brought on by pregnancy. 

    • A therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of an expecting mother to be. Please note that expecting Mothers must be out of their first trimester! Pillows and cushions are utilized during side-lying postures to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. 

    • Benefits: Eases muscle tension. Improves circulation. Reduces swelling. Promotes restful sleep.

  • Mobile Massage

    Pricing: 60 min ($135) or 90 min ($165)

Drawing from classic Swedish techniques, it combines gentle to firm pressure to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support overall wellness. While deeply relaxing, this massage also targets specific areas of discomfort.

    • This enhancement is an extension of a therapist's hands. 

    • Hot stones involves placing heated, smooth stones on the body to relax muscles, improve circulation, relieve tension and pain, reduce stress, and promote deeper relaxation, leading to better sleep and increased flexibility, by using heat to soothe tissues, increase blood flow, and release endorphins. The technique involves therapists using stones heated to 113-131°F (45-55°C) for deep muscle relaxation, with benefits extending to chronic pain, anxiety, and overall well-being.

    • Silicone cups are used to create gentle suction on the skin, helping to lift and decompress tight muscles and fascia.
