Located at 940 N New Street Suite 121 Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18018. Our studio offers a tranquil environment where you can escape the demands of daily life and enjoy a personalized massage experience tailored to your needs.

Your Studio Experience:

Every appointment is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, relaxation, and therapeutic benefits. During your visit, you will enjoy amenities including:

- Enhancements (when included with your service)

Our goal is to create a welcoming sanctuary where you can focus on self-care, healing, and relaxation.

Scheduling Your Appointment:

Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. Same-day appointments may be available based on scheduling availability.
Appointments can be reserved up to 60 days in advance, allowing you to plan your wellness routine with ease.

Arrival & Session Information:

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for a smooth check-in process.
Intake Forms are highly recommended to be completed prior to appointment. If Intake Forms are not completed, it may shorten your hands-on massage session.
You will receive hands-on massage therapy for the full duration of your booked session. Following your treatment, your therapist may provide personalized recommendations to support your continued wellness.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All massage services are non-refundable. Once a service has been purchased, it may be rescheduled according to our cancellation policy or transferred as a gift to another individual, but refunds will not be issued.

Booking Policy

Booking with The Three Knot Elephant means you are agreeing to our terms of service.

Reservation & Payment:

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your final service total and will be reflected on your invoice at checkout.

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments. In the event of a cancellation or late cancellation, applicable fees may be charged to the card on file. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for complete details.

Appointment Etiquette:

To ensure a safe, professional, and relaxing environment for all guests and therapists, respectful and appropriate behavior is expected at all times. The Three Knot Elephant maintains a strict professional code of conduct. Any inappropriate comments, gestures, requests, or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. Guests will be responsible for payment of the full service amount, and future appointments may be declined.

The massage therapy and wellness services offered are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, muscle recovery, and overall well-being. Any information shared through our website, booking platform, social media channels, written materials, or verbal communications is provided for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice or a substitute for professional healthcare.

Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, diagnoses, treatments, or health conditions before receiving massage therapy services.

The Three Knot Elephant Massage & Body Wellness, LLC may request health-related information relevant to providing safe and effective massage services. This information is used solely to customize treatment and ensure client safety. While we maintain the confidentiality of client information and take reasonable measures to protect privacy, we are not a HIPAA-covered entity, and information provided to us is not protected under HIPAA regulations.

By receiving services from The Three Knot Elephant Massage & Body Wellness, LLC, clients acknowledge that massage therapy is a complementary wellness service and does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.

Sharing Information:

The Three Knot Elephant Massage & Body Wellness, LLC values and respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your credit card information or other financial data with third parties except as necessary to process payments, verify payment information, or complete authorized transactions related to your services.

The Three Knot Elephant Massage & Body Wellness, LLC may share limited personal information with trusted third-party service providers when necessary to operate our business, including payment processors, scheduling software, website hosting providers, or as required by law. Any information shared is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business operations, and comply with legal obligations.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment or notify us in advance will be billed for the full price of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise, therefore last minute cancellations due to things such as verifiable emergencies, illnesses or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, however this is to be determined at the
practitioner's discretion.

Draping Policy

Clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet and/or towel at all times during their massage. Only areas of the body that are currently being treated will be exposed. The breast and genital areas will always remain draped and are never massaged.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure every guest receives the highest quality experience, all appointments will begin and end at their scheduled times. We kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.

Guests arriving late may have their session shortened in order to accommodate other scheduled appointments. If a guest arrives more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be canceled at the therapist's discretion and will be considered a no-show.

No-show fees will be charged to the card on file in accordance with our cancellation policy. Full service time cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals, and appointment times cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time.

To receive the full benefit of your treatment, please plan accordingly and allow sufficient time for your appointment.

Massage Termination

Only professional massage and bodywork services for relaxation or therapeutic purposes are offered at this massage practice. Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language. A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled session is still required.

Cleanliness

The Three Knot Elephant is committed to providing a clean and safe environment for you to relax. All equipment is sanitized before and after every massage. All linen is fresh and clean for individual use.
